Welcome to the Jamaican Ledger

This is my first post on this website. It took me literally all day to set up while I was at work, just across from the Kingston Waterfront.

Good day. My name is Jamar Plummer, and I'm the owner of this website. I'm a UTech student passionate about all things Jamaican, whether that be

• Culture
• Music
• Politics
• Art
• Work

And any other thing that I experience in my daily life. This blog is ledger; it keeps record of everything I see and what I want to say. Ever since highschool, I've been writing up Google Docs on my thoughts about random happenings in my life and I feel that now, more than ever, many people stand to gain by reading them.

So with that said, keep in mind that everything I say is purely my opinion, unless I state it otherwise. I'll try to keep myself unbiased, however I still hope that my words remain palatable. I don't aim to offend, only to inform.

With that being said, I hope that you are able to take something away from these articles, and that it makes you think about something new.
